Outlook Cannot Add Calendar From Address Book. You can't access a shared calendar by using outlook for a hidden mailbox. Enter a name and any other details you would like, then select save.
This issue was fixed in build 15128.20238. As robert noted, and in the case above, the workaround was to disable shared calendar improvements.
